Julia Gooch – Company Director
Julia Gooch started her estate agency career 16 years ago initially working for a very well-known corporate agency. This enabled her to start from the bottom, learning the very basics and gaining industry knowledge and experience from there.
At the age of 24, Julia decided to become her own boss and started and developed a very successful beauty business in Norwich. However Julia’s interest in the property industry inspired her to open ‘Pure Lettings’ in Fakenham in 2008 and this business soon became the leading letting agent in the area. A few years later Pure decided to expand into property sales and ‘Pure Lettings’ became ‘Pure North Norfolk’.
Julia understands the importance of customer service and the requirement to deliver what’s promised. Julia has carefully selected team members who can offer the bespoke service she would expect to receive during what can be a stressful time.
In her spare time, Julia loves to be with her family and friends especially her two young sons. Julia loves a challenge and has successfully reached the summit of Kilimanjaro (in aid of Scope), walked the Inca trail and completed the London Marathon (in aid of Asthma UK).
Joanne Brouse – Director
Joanne has recently become Director, having been with Pure for almost 10 years. She is very passionate about what she does and has great relationships with local landlords. She has a very friendly approachable nature with all her clients allowing her to offer them all a very personal service. Joanne's background was primarily in hotel management and wedding and event planning so she has a proven record of being very organised and has great customer service skills. In Joanne's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trips to the coast.
