We are always on the lookout for local interest stories and one that caught our eye this week in our Fakenham estate agency base was the news that Jules Might of Holby City fame is looking to relocate to north Norfolk.

And who can blame him?

Sitting just 10 miles north of our Fakenham estate agency base is the beautiful coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea. It's a favourite spot of the Pure North Norfolk team, as it is so beautiful as a harbour town and home to one of Norfolk's finest beaches.

It has two aspects - at low tide, a vast panorama of expansive sand and at high tide, it transforms into a harbour.

Set against a backdrop of pines with idyllic eye catching beach huts, Wells is worth a day out, a staycation or, if you can afford it, as a place to live.

So what’s so swell about Wells?

It's not a rhetorical question, no; we promise to give answers to the title's question.

You may be thinking "Here goes .. advice on extending."

But you'd be wrong.

There's money to be made from your property in north Norfolk without lifting a brick or a finger.

How?

We don't charge you a penny when we come out to value your home for sale or to let, nor do we when we list your property. That makes us more motivated to sell or let your home, because if we don't, we get zero commission. Statistically many of the properties we list sell or are rented quickly. That means as a vendor, you're not reliant on a coin toss.

Let us explain further ...

No, Vin Diesel has not turned up at our Oak Street office and marvelled at our location and the view of Fakenham church that Julia posted on social media last week, and, no again, plans to reopen the railway line (could a train be classed as fast and furious anyway?) are still in discussion stage.

The new film from the franchise has not appeared at the Central Cinema here in the town either but what has been fast, though not perhaps furious, has been Pure North Norfolk's start to 2018.
